Simple Life Pattern Company Summer Sale!

Have you heard the news?!?! Simple Life Pattern Company is having a MASSIVE Summer Sale where all of their patterns are 30% off (with the exclusion of Camilla)!! So I figured this would be a great time to show you all some of my favorite SLPco sews and patterns.
Sewing with knit is not my forte, but SLPco Baby Ella was such an easy pattern to follow. I chose to sew the simple version with no sleeves. The keyhole and tie back made it so easy to get on and off my baby's head. Ella comes in baby or girl. Don't miss the Rosie bloomers peeking through! They are such a fast sew and work perfectly with all the SLPco patterns.
Baby Ivy is such a dreamy pattern. The flounce sleeves give look so angelic! I made my version in white clip dot and I absolutely love the results. Ivy comes in either girl or baby!
This dress is the apple of my eye (see what I did there?)! It is a mash up with a Molly bodice with Pearl sleeves and skirt. I had the opportunity to write a blog for SLPco where I posted the tutorial for how to add an apple pocket to any gathered SLPco skirt. You can check that tutorial out here:

Now you see why I just HAD to have the Molly bodice on this dress. That scoop back is to die for!
Here is another Molly that I made a couple of years ago! I shortened the dress skirt to fit vintage length and added a petticoat underneath it. I absolutely love how dainty it turned out. Molly is offered in both baby and girl sizes.
OPAL. Oh my goodness, OPAL!! I fell in love with this pattern the moment it dropped in the tester group. This is the top version with a gathered skirt.
Look familiar? Yes, it is another Opal, but this time I made my girls a matching set! This is the dress version and both of them have the circle skirt. Opal obviously comes in both baby and girl sizes.

Babies and rompers, can you think of a better pair? I know I can't! SLPco's Reagan romper is nothing short of perfection. It only comes in baby sizes, but it's elastic back and tie straps make one romper last for multiple size ranges.

The matching bonnet is also a FREE SLPco pattern that I hacked to give it a ruffled brim. You can find that tutorial here
Blakeley is a vintage pattern that is perfect for showcasing hand embroidery. I made this skirt out of a vintage pillow case and I was not disappointed!
Breanna shorts is such an adorable pattern. The scrunched sides and bow ties just get me every time. And of course I had to pair these with a Molly/ Pearl mash.
This blog is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the beautiful patterns that Simple Life Pattern Company has to offer. So be sure to head on over to the website to look around, and don't miss out on their 30% off sale! Hurry! Because it ends July 27, 2020.
