{A Festive Collection} by Liberty Fabrics

2020 has definitely been a year to remember with crazy events around every corner. We recently had a hurricane come through our town that has literally done me in for the rest of the year. BUT, I am holding out a little bit of hope for the upcoming Christmas season. Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of the year and since we have added children to the mix, my love for it has only grown. I mean, is it too early to put my tree and lights up? Probably! But until then, I have this gorgeous Mini Christmas Berry fabric from Liberty Fabrics giving me all the Christmas feels!!

The Mini Christmas Berry is only one of the design options in Liberty Fabrics' {A Festive Collection}. I fell in love with this collection IMMEDIATELY and absolutely adore that their is something for everyone. Love the traditional red and greens? Got it! Want more of the elegant silver and blue? Got that too! More interested in the playful side? Liberty Fabrics has you covered! It is seriously the perfect collection to cover all your Christmas sewing needs.

Deciding which design I wanted to use was extremely difficult. All the designs are stunning in their own way, but I ended up picking Merry Christmas Berry and I am so happy that I did! What ultimately attracted me to this design was the muted colors that gave the design a super elegant feel. To me it made it look very vintage! I also loved that it was a smaller print which would work perfectly for my littlest daughter. Something that I absolutely adore about the design is the fact that the berries are a true red which I think gives it so much life!

When Simple Life Pattern Company released Geneva last week I just knew it was the perfect pattern for this fabric! The sweet center panel, front bows, and overall vintage feel was just perfect!

My little is still in 6-9 month clothes so I used the Baby Geneva for this piece. Photographing dresses on her is so difficult in this stage of life because she moves SO MUCH! So I decided to add the Romper Add On to my Geneva bodice and I just love the end result!

Plus, who doesn't love to look at baby thigh rolls!

Head on over to Simple Life Pattern Company and grab your copy of Geneva and be sure to check out your favorite local or online quilt shop to get your favorite design from Liberty Fabrics' {A Festive Collection}!

Lastly, huge THANK YOU to Liberty Fabrics for the opportunity to sew with the beautiful Mini Christmas Berry

Enjoy!!
